What AATMIC collects, why it collects it, who processes it, and what never leaves the service. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who we are

AATMIC is a personal reading service rooted in Indian tradition. It offers a free Snapshot built from deterministic calculations, and paid written readings delivered as a private web report and a downloadable PDF. This policy explains what personal data AATMIC collects, why, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") in mind.

AATMIC is under the Verkzo brand.

2. What we collect

AATMIC collects what a reading genuinely needs, and records of the transaction around it. In practice that is:

  • Contact information — your email address, and your language preference for the site and emails.
  • The name shown on your reading, and separately the Roman spelling you confirm for numerology. We use the spelling you give us and never silently transliterate it.
  • Your birth date.
  • Your birth time, together with whether you told us it is exact, approximate, or unknown. Where a birth date and place fall in a daylight-saving changeover, we also record which occurrence of that clock time you chose.
  • Your birth place as a canonical place record — locality, region, country, coordinates and the resolved time zone — rather than free text.
  • Birth profiles. A profile can be reused across readings, and correcting one creates a new numbered version rather than overwriting the old one, so a reading stays verifiable against the details it was actually calculated from.
  • Consent records — what you agreed to, which policy version, from which screen, and when.
  • Snapshot inputs and the Snapshot produced from them.
  • Orders, quotes and payment records, including amount, currency, status and the payment processor's identifiers.
  • Entitlements, and any upgrade or Ask credits granted, reserved, redeemed, expired or voided.
  • Calculation results and the evidence records a reading is checked against.
  • Generated report content, the private web report, and the PDF artifact produced from it.
  • Session records, one-time access links and recovery requests, so you can get back into My AATMIC.
  • First-party analytics about how the site is used, and limited campaign attribution describing which campaign brought a visit.
  • Your ad-measurement choice (allowed or declined), with the policy version and when you made it. Only if you allow ad measurement: Meta's browser and click identifiers (kept with your visit record, up to 30 days), and your browser's user agent and IP address with an order, kept with that order for at most 7 days so the purchase can be reported to Meta.
  • Service, security, abuse and rate-limit records, including a truncated network address for rate limiting.

Payment is handled by our payment processor. Your card, UPI or banking credentials go directly to them; AATMIC never receives or stores them.

3. How we use it

Your birth details and confirmed name are used to run the traditional calculations and to produce the reading you asked for. Your email is used to send your reading when it is ready, to give you secure access to it, and for messages about your order. Payment and entitlement records exist so that what you bought stays yours and so we can meet accounting obligations. Security and rate-limit records exist to keep the service available and to stop abuse.

We use your data only for the purpose you gave it to us for. We do not use it for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell it. This is the purpose-limitation principle under the DPDP Act, and it has been our position from the first version of this policy.

4. What never enters analytics

This is the boundary we consider most important, and it is enforced in code rather than by policy alone. Our own first-party analytics record funnel information — that a page was viewed, that a checkout began, that an order of a given value completed — with a short campaign label for the visit.

No analytics or advertising provider ever receives your date of birth, your birth time, your birth place, your name, your email address, your phone number, the text of your reading, the questions you ask, or the underlying chart data. Campaign attribution is limited to a short campaign label and a known landing page; a private report address, an access link or a checkout query string is never sent to a provider.

Ad measurement runs only if you allow it. On your first visit we ask whether we may measure which of our ads bring people here. Nothing from Meta or Microsoft Clarity loads before you choose, and nothing loads if you decline.

If you allow it, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity load on our public pages, and the Meta Pixel also loads on the checkout page once a payment is confirmed, to report that purchase. Meta receives the pages you view, the readings you look at and your purchases (the product, amount and currency, with an event identifier), together with your browser's user agent, your IP address and Meta's own cookie identifiers, and an ad click identifier if you arrived from a Meta ad. This is sent from your browser and, for purchases, also from our server. Microsoft Clarity records how our public pages are used so we can improve them. We do not send Meta or Clarity your email, phone number, name, birth details or anything from your reading.

Meta's cookie and click identifiers are kept with your visit record for as long as that record lasts (up to 30 days). Your browser's user agent and IP address are kept only with orders placed after you allowed ad measurement. Everything kept for Meta with an order is deleted after at most 7 days, or as soon as Meta has received the purchase. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the control below. Withdrawing stops all further sharing and removes Meta's cookies from this site; it cannot recall what was already sent to Meta.

5. Calculation and AI-assisted interpretation

The facts a reading rests on — your ascendant, planetary placements, nakshatra, dasha periods and numerology numbers — come from versioned, deterministic calculation. The same birth details always produce the same facts, and no language model decides them.

For paid readings, the written interpretation may be produced with AI assistance. The model is given only the calculated facts it is permitted to interpret, and what it writes is checked against those facts before publication: a claim that is not supported by the supplied evidence does not reach you. Your birth details and the resulting reading are sent to that provider solely to produce your reading.

No human astrologer reads your chart or writes your reading, and AATMIC does not present readings as personally authored. If that ever changes, this policy will say so.

6. Who processes your data

AATMIC shares the minimum necessary data with a small number of providers acting on our instructions:

  • Payment processing — takes your payment and returns a verified result. Card and banking details go directly to them.
  • Hosting, database and file storage — runs the site and securely stores your profiles, orders, readings and PDF artifacts.
  • AI-assisted interpretation — receives the calculated facts and produces the written interpretation for a paid reading.
  • Email delivery — sends your reading notification, access links and order messages.
  • Ad measurement (Meta) and site-usage analytics (Microsoft Clarity) — only if you allow ad measurement, and only the information described in section 4.

AATMIC does not currently use WhatsApp to deliver readings or notifications, and no WhatsApp messaging is active. We do not publish provider configuration or credentials here.

7. Retention, correction and your rights

We keep your data for as long as needed to give you access to what you bought and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under the DPDP Act you may ask to access your personal data, to correct it, to withdraw a consent you gave, or to have your data erased. Please write to us and we will act on your request.

Two honest limits. There is no self-service export or delete button today; these requests are handled by our support process, by a person. And some records are deliberately immutable: correcting a profile creates a new version rather than rewriting the old one, and payment and report history is retained because it is the evidence of what you bought and what was produced. We will not claim to delete records we are required, or able, to keep.

8. Security

Your reading sits behind your own session and private storage. There is no public link to it, and access is through your session or a one-time secure link. We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest, and we rate-limit sensitive actions.

No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim one. Support will never ask you for your password, your card details or a one-time access link.
