How your reading is delivered

Everything AATMIC delivers is digital. There is no physical shipment.

What you receive

A private web report you can read in your browser, a downloadable PDF of the same validated reading, an email telling you it is ready, and permanent access through My AATMIC while your account is active.

When it arrives

Preparation begins after your payment is confirmed by our server, not by your browser. This is asynchronous: the confirmation screen means payment succeeded and preparation has started, never that the reading is finished.

The PDF may become ready shortly after the web report, because it is produced separately from the same validated content.

How long it takes

Reports are prepared digitally after purchase. Most complete within minutes, but processing can occasionally take longer. When ready, your report is available in My AATMIC and we send a delivery email. We do not guarantee instant delivery.

We deliberately do not publish a guaranteed typical or worst-case time: a number we cannot stand behind would be worse than none.

If something goes wrong

If preparation fails, the reading is marked as needing attention rather than silently disappearing, and your entitlement is preserved. If an email does not arrive, your reading is still in My AATMIC — check your spam folder, and use secure access recovery from My AATMIC.

Do not pay again to force a retry. A second payment creates a second order, not a faster reading.

AATMIC does not currently deliver readings or notifications over WhatsApp. Email, My AATMIC, the web report and the PDF are the delivery channels.
