Terms of Service

The terms covering AATMIC readings: what you get, what the details you give us are used for, how payment works, and the limits of what a reading is.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AATMIC and your purchase of AATMIC readings. By using the service or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

AATMIC is under the Verkzo brand.

2. What we provide

AATMIC provides personal astrology and numerology readings drawn from traditional Indian methods, generated from the birth details you supply. There are two kinds:

  • The free AATMIC Snapshot — a short reading built purely from deterministic calculation, with its limits stated. No payment and no AI interpretation.
  • Paid readings — a longer written reading, delivered as a private web report you read in your browser and a downloadable PDF of the same validated content, with permanent access through My AATMIC while your account is active.

Some readings are sold as bundles, and an eligible purchase may earn a credit toward a specific deeper reading. Complete AATMIC includes an Ask AATMIC credit: one bounded question and one focused answer, not a chat and not an ongoing consultation. Readings are created for your personal use and self-reflection.

3. How a reading is produced

The facts behind a reading come from versioned, deterministic traditional calculation. The written interpretation in a paid reading may be produced with AI assistance, constrained to those calculated facts and checked against them before you receive it. No human astrologer reads your chart or writes your reading, and AATMIC does not describe readings as personally authored.

4. The details you give us

A reading is only as accurate as the birth details behind it. Please enter your name, date, time and place of birth carefully. We are not responsible for an inaccurate reading caused by details that were entered incorrectly — though, as before, we will regenerate it once you send us the corrected details. You never pay twice for the same reading because of a correction.

Birth time is treated honestly. An exact time gives the fullest reading. An approximate time is accepted and the reading states that limitation. If the time is unknown, AATMIC withholds the parts that depend on it rather than assuming one — it never substitutes noon — and eligibility for a time-dependent paid reading is checked before you are charged, not after.

Correcting a profile creates a new version of it. A reading you already bought stays based on the details it was calculated from, because that is what makes it verifiable. Regenerating a reading on corrected details is a separate step, not automatic.

5. The nature of a reading

AATMIC readings are interpretive. They are offered for reflection and personal insight, as one thoughtful outside perspective among others, and your decisions remain yours.

AATMIC does not guarantee marriage, a job, a promotion, income, wealth, health or any other outcome, and does not predict dates for them. Nothing in a reading is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and a reading must not be used in place of a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified mental health professional.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees at checkout, and the price you are charged is the price quoted to you there. Payment is collected securely through our payment processor.

Your order is confirmed when our server verifies the payment — not when your browser shows a success screen. This matters: a confirmation screen means payment succeeded and preparation has started, never that the reading is finished. If verification has not completed, you have not lost anything; see the refund policy for how each case is handled.

7. Delivery and access

Reports are prepared digitally after purchase. Most complete within minutes, but processing can occasionally take longer. When ready, your report is available in My AATMIC and we send a delivery email. We do not guarantee instant delivery.

Everything AATMIC delivers is digital; there is no physical shipment. Access is through your own session or a one-time secure link, and there is no public link to your reading. Please keep access links to yourself — anyone holding one can open the reading it belongs to. AATMIC does not currently deliver readings or notifications over WhatsApp.

8. Credits and bundles

An upgrade credit applies to the same customer and profile, toward one configured destination reading, up to a stated maximum, for a limited period, and can be used once. An Ask credit entitles you to one bounded question. Credits are not cash: they cannot be transferred or withdrawn, do not stack by default, expire, and are adjusted or voided if the purchase that generated them is refunded.

9. Intellectual property

The reading we generate is yours to keep and use for personal purposes. The AATMIC name, design, software, calculation methods and report templates remain our property and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, evade its rate limits, share access credentials, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may decline, cancel or reverse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive, and may suspend an account being used that way.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AATMIC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our readings, and is not responsible for decisions you make based on one. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jammu, in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, are the intended forum for disputes arising from them, without affecting any right you may have under Indian consumer law to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as AATMIC develops; the current version is always the one on this page, with its last-updated date. For any question about them, write to verkzo.official@gmail.com. We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days, which is an aim rather than a guarantee.
