Questions people ask
Straight answers about what AATMIC does, what it does not do and how a reading reaches you.
Does AATMIC need my exact birth time?
Use the most accurate time you have. An approximate time is accepted and the reading carries a caveat about it. If the time is unknown, AATMIC withholds the parts that depend on it rather than assuming one — it never substitutes noon.
If your birth date and place fall in a daylight-saving changeover, AATMIC may ask which occurrence of that clock time applies, because the two produce different charts.
What if I do not know my birth time at all?
Numerology works from your date and confirmed name, so a Numerology Blueprint is unaffected. A limited Snapshot is still possible. Eligibility for a time-dependent paid reading is checked before you are charged, not after.
Is AATMIC available in Hindi?
Yes. You can browse and buy entirely in Hindi. Your detailed report is prepared in English; after it is ready you can get its complete Hindi version for ₹49 — a faithful translation of the same report, not a new reading.
How long does a reading take?
Reports are prepared digitally after purchase. Most complete within minutes, but processing can occasionally take longer. When ready, your report is available in My AATMIC and we send a delivery email. We do not guarantee instant delivery.
Refreshing the page is safe and never charges you again.
Do I get a PDF?
Yes — a private, downloadable PDF of the same validated reading you read on the web. The PDF may become available shortly after the web version, since it is prepared separately.
Is my reading private?
Your reading sits behind your own session and private storage, and there is no public link to it. Access is through your own session or a one-time secure link. We use limited third-party providers for payment, email and interpretation. No system can promise absolute security, and we do not claim one.
Is there a human astrologer?
No. AATMIC combines versioned traditional calculations with AI-assisted interpretation that is validated against those calculations. No personal consultation is included, and nobody reads your chart on your behalf.
My payment succeeded but my reading has not arrived.
Please do not pay again. Payment and preparation are tracked separately on our side, and a delayed reading does not mean a lost payment. Open My AATMIC, or recover access from there, and contact support if it stays unresolved.
I entered the wrong details. Can I correct them?
Yes — correcting a profile creates a new version of it. A reading you already bought stays based on the details it was calculated from, because that is what makes it verifiable. Regenerating a reading on new details is a separate decision, not automatic.
Can I get a refund?
A reading that was generated and delivered is not refundable because you changed your mind. A payment that never completed, a duplicate charge, or a reading we could not deliver at all are treated quite differently — and in that last case we refund in full.
Wrong birth details are not a refund case: we regenerate the reading free of charge. The refund policy sets out each situation.
What exactly is Ask AATMIC?
One bounded question and one focused answer — not a chat and not an ongoing conversation. The Ask credit included with Complete AATMIC currently uses a set of supported topics rather than free text. Questions outside what AATMIC can responsibly answer are rejected before the credit is used.
How does an upgrade credit work?
When you buy an eligible entry reading you may earn credit toward a specific deeper reading: the same customer and profile, one configured destination, up to ₹249, valid 14 days, usable once. It is not cash, cannot be transferred, does not stack by default, and is adjusted if the original purchase is refunded. For example ₹249 Career Clarity toward the ₹399 Career Blueprint leaves ₹150 to pay.
